Ba, FREELANCE BILINGUAL COPY WRITER/EDITOR

Helena is an editor, copywriter and translator with a passion for the written word.

She has previously worked as a researcher, producer and writer in busy television newsrooms in Montreal and Toronto before setting up shop in Halifax.

Helena also brings experience in public affairs and communications from both the corporate and non-profit sectors. In addition, she has worked as a translator for many years, specializing in advertising and marketing.

She is now happy to be raising her boisterous brood in Halifax, and when not busy cleaning up after a houseful of boys, she’s most happy cleaning up copy and fixing grammar.

Helena is a graduate of Concordia University’s school of journalism. She also holds a graduate degree in translation.
